Everytime you feel a contraction, you and your birth partner simply push the button in the middle of the app to mark it. The display uses a high contrast scheme which makes it easier to read at night and day, and a total history of all contractions showing the exact time and date of them. The dial allows you to easily estimate the situation of the last hour. Pushing the history button shows you all the contractions you have had so far since they started.
